Virtuocity team present at ICTCT Conference
We’re pleased to share that Yuwei Wang and Dr İbrahim Öztürk attended the 37th Annual Conference of the International Cooperation on Theories and Concepts in Traffic Safety (ICTCT), co-organised with the German Aerospace Centre (DLR).

 Yuwei presented initial findings from her first doctoral study, titled: “Promoting safe and efficient pedestrian crossing behaviour using vehicle kinematics: An explainable machine learning approach”. Yuwei described her conference experience as “An inspiring event that expanded my understanding of traffic safety, offering a wonderful opportunity to connect with researchers from around the world with shared interests.”.

İbrahim presented findings from the Hi-Drive project, focusing on: “Comparison of measurement models for acceptance of Driver Monitoring Systems (DMS)”. The full text of the paper was published prior to the conference and is available open access here: https://doi.org/10.1016/j.trf.2025.103384
